Technical Implementation Manager

Posted 23 hours ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take full ownership of the implementation process for new partners β€” from the initial kickoff to the launch and early post-go-live support.

β€’ Identify the root causes of implementation issues β€” distinguishing between data mapping errors, configuration mistakes, API/integration failures, or product gaps β€” and escalate them to the appropriate team.

β€’ Analyze logs, API responses, and system behavior sufficiently to engage in comprehensive, technical discussions with engineering β€” rather than merely reporting a symptom and waiting for assistance.

β€’ Facilitate complex technical discussions involving multiple stakeholders directly with partner IT, engineering teams, and EHR vendors, especially when the failure mode is not immediately clear.

β€’ Write and execute scripts or queries (e.g., SQL, Python) to test, validate, or troubleshoot integration and configuration issues prior to escalation.

β€’ Manage the technical relationship with partner engineering teams directly β€” serving as the primary technical point of contact rather than acting as a liaison to our engineers.

β€’ Configure and adapt Limbic's AI agents according to each partner's clinical protocols, routing logic, and population needs.

β€’ Act as the main contact for partners β€” adopting a consultative approach to help shape the optimal solution instead of merely executing a specification.

β€’ Simplify complex technical and clinical concepts into accessible language that partners can easily understand and act upon.

β€’ Oversee training and rollout for partner teams, ensuring seamless adoption following the go-live phase.

β€’ Prioritize rapid deployment and iteration β€” aim to launch a functional version quickly, gather real feedback, and make improvements from there.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering on recurring issues, assisting in developing solutions rather than manually addressing the same problems repeatedly.

β€’ Develop and maintain playbooks for repeatable and scalable implementation and agent-configuration processes.

⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or solutions consulting β€” preferably in healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS.

β€’ Strong instincts for technical troubleshooting β€” skilled in navigating API documentation, logs, and system architecture, beyond just spreadsheets and timelines.

β€’ Proficient in writing and executing scripts or queries (SQL, Python, or similar) to test integrations or independently debug issues.

β€’ Proven track record of serving as the technical link between engineering/product teams and external partners.

β€’ Comfortable engaging in debugging conversations directly with a partner's engineers, without the necessity of our engineers being present on every call.

β€’ Ability to articulate complex technical or clinical concepts in straightforward, easy-to-understand language.

β€’ Consultative and solutions-oriented communication style β€” adept at proposing and persuading, rather than just taking instructions.

β€’ A quality assurance mindset β€” skilled in writing test cases and validating systems prior to user interaction.

β€’ Strong project management skills β€” capable of creating the plan rather than merely adhering to one.

β€’ A "ship it, then improve it" mentality β€” prefers to launch quickly and iterate rather than delay in pursuit of perfection.

β€’ A proactive attitude and comfort with uncertainty β€” recognizing that healthcare implementations seldom proceed exactly as planned.

β€’ Experience in behavioral health, payer, or ACO/value-based care environments.

β€’ Familiarity with FHIR APIs, EHR systems (such as Epic and Cerner), or healthcare data interoperability.

β€’ Background working with major national payers, payviders, or large health systems.
