This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee project scope by collaborating on the definition of objectives, deliverables, tasks, milestones, and tracking change requests as necessary.

• Direct project planning and monitor progress, collaborating with the team to estimate timelines and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

• Act as team leader, bringing together cross-functional teams with complementary skill sets, overseeing performance, fostering team motivation, and resolving conflicts to achieve high performance.

• Create and implement risk management plans, identifying potential risks and outlining strategies for mitigation.

• Liaise with business stakeholders, including clients, account managers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project goals and context.

• Record QA processes, implementation procedures, ad formats, and technical specifications to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.

• Assist in the launch of new products and the implementation of technical integrations for new advertising vendors in partnership with product and revenue teams.

• Ensure adherence to privacy, data protection, consent, accessibility, and other regulatory requirements, communicating technical implications to revenue and development teams.

• Analyze performance data in Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and other third-party systems, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in a Technical Project Manager or similar capacity.

• Proficient in working with CMS-based products and understanding the distinctions between CMS and non-CMS platforms. Familiarity with systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico, or similar is advantageous.

• Experience with both Fixed Price / Fixed Timeline and Time & Materials delivery models.

• Strong grasp of traditional and agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid delivery models.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and manage stakeholders and clients.

• Capability to comprehend high-level requirements and convert them into precise documentation for developers, including acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional descriptions.

• Strong collaboration skills when engaging with business, product, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ability to review and provide input on user stories created by the product team to ensure they satisfy the Definition of Ready.

• Technical knowledge of the systems and technologies being developed, enabling effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to maintain and disseminate project reporting to monitor progress against team goals and objectives, including preparing presentations for executive leadership.

• Experience in identifying and reporting risks, as well as formulating action plans and mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Excel, Notion, and Confluence.

• Understanding of data tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with a basic ability to interpret dashboards.
