Technical Project Manager – Business Analysis, AI Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous technology and business initiatives

• Create project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional delivery teams

• Track project health and proactively address risks

• Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet high-quality standards

• Collect and document business requirements

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders

• Examine existing processes and pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Generate comprehensive functional specifications

• Chart workflows and customer journeys

• Convert business needs into clear technical documentation

• Actively utilize AI throughout planning, documentation, analysis, communication, reporting, testing, and project execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation

• Proven expertise in gathering and recording business requirements

• Experience managing technical and cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, technical architects, and executive leadership

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal English proficiency

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization capabilities

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

• Familiarity with AI tools for business analysis and project delivery is highly valued
