Technical Project Manager, Building Services – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You gather specifics related to heating, ventilation, and building services to serve as a foundation for planning.

• You prepare proposals and documentation for measurements/quantities, coordinating with specialized planners.

• You organize and oversee external contractors, ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.

• You maintain ongoing coordination with clients and partners.

• You are responsible for project documentation, invoicing, and tracking progress.

• You provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to site managers.

• You collaborate with the central control room to manage building services systems.

• You identify and implement opportunities for technical and organizational optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• More critical than formal education is your skill set and contributions — typical entry routes include a degree or vocational training in building services engineering, HVAC, or energy and environmental engineering, with proven project management experience.

• You may have experience in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Site Manager (TGA), or Senior Installer with leadership responsibilities.

• Familiarity with VOB/B and experience in managing multiple site managers and service providers.

• A structured, results-driven work approach, along with flexibility and readiness to travel.

• Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of site managers.

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation capabilities.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel to various project locations.
