This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the representative for Clay during enterprise client calls, addressing topics related to deployment, integrations, performance, security, compliance, and infrastructure;
• Function as a liaison between client stakeholders and Clay's development team;
• Create client-facing technical documentation, which includes implementation strategies, platform recommendations, technical requirements, and integration summaries;
• Review technical documentation prior to client delivery, identifying any gaps, inconsistencies, or missing details;
• Address client inquiries regarding security, analytics, integrations, hosting, and platform functionalities;
• Assess and document recommendations for technology platforms, including considerations for CMS selection and migration;
• Assist in discussions regarding SSO, identity management, hosting infrastructure, and deployment strategies;
• Lead release planning discussions and facilitate coordination between client stakeholders and Clay's development team;
• Conduct post-launch evaluations and compile supporting reports and documentation;
• Aid analytics, privacy, and localization initiatives by coordinating requirements, validating implementations, and gathering necessary information for client and internal teams;
• Proven experience acting as a technical point of contact for clients and engineering or delivery teams;
• Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders;
• Proficient in creating technical documentation for client-facing initiatives;
• Ability to convert technical discussions into clear, structured, and professional documentation;
• Strong knowledge of modern web platforms and architectures, particularly Next.js / React-based websites;
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Sanity and experience in website migration projects;
• Experience with analytics and tag management tools (GA4, GTM, Heap, or similar);
• Understanding of technical SEO, website performance validation, and post-launch support tasks;
• Familiarity with privacy and consent management tools such as OneTrust;
• Knowledge of hosting environments, CDNs, third-party integrations, and authentication systems (SSO, Okta, Azure AD, etc.);
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and implementation considerations before they affect delivery;
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, in a client-facing context;
• Good to have:
• Experience in a design or development agency setting;
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards;
• Experience with enterprise CMS, e-commerce, ticketing, or CRM platforms;
• Knowledge of technical SEO concepts;
• Exposure to enterprise SEO or performance monitoring tools;
