Senior Digital Project Manager, oneRTX, PST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive project management plan through effective project planning and execution.

• Propel project advancement by ensuring the completion of tasks, achieving milestones, and adhering to the overall project timeline.

• Oversee resource management and allocation, taking into account team member workloads, potential resource constraints, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources throughout the project's duration.

• Engage in proactive risk management by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring potential risks, along with providing real-time alerts for critical issues.

• Clearly communicate expectations and foster accountability within team members.

• Address conflicts, encourage collaboration, and inspire teams to work towards shared objectives.

• Handle multiple challenging and complex projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management strategies to meet stakeholder goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience, OR in the absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Planview, Jira, or similar tools.

• Possess CORE or equivalent certifications (such as Six Sigma or Change Management) along with project management experience.

• Familiarity with various project methodologies, including waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies.
