Technical Project Manager III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• The Technical Project Manager III serves dual roles as both Scrum Master and Product Owner within their Scrum team.

• You will join a well-established, mature product team — taking ownership of current processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and acting as the trusted intermediary among the development team, product leadership, and stakeholders.

• Facilitate effective discussions with cross-functional teams to define requirements and assess design alternatives.

• Write, refine, and prioritize user stories while documenting requirements.

• Lead all activities of the Scrum team and manage associated artifacts.

• Enhance process efficiency and ensure timely delivery of roadmap items.

• Guide the delivery team in executing defined requirements, eliminate obstacles, and proactively identify and communicate risks to leadership.

• Define and implement testing across the involved teams, including coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Take ownership of product release planning and preparation of release notes.

• Collaborate closely with the US Product Development Management team.

• Assist the development team in providing customer value.

• Mentor your Scrum team(s) towards self-organization and high performance.

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or a hybrid TPM/Product Owner within a software product team.

• Strong technical proficiency.

• Clear and concise communication skills.

• A genuinely inquisitive mindset.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in a professional setting.

• Ability to integrate into a mature, established team and enhance existing processes.

• Experience in managing release planning, release notes, and UAT coordination across various teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
