Senior Technical Project Manager, Unit 42

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively manage diverse projects by establishing schedules and objectives based on Statements of Work (SOWs) and engaging with clients as necessary.

• Keep status reports current for external clients and customers.

• Recognize issues and risks associated with projects and the overall client health; ensure that any identified concerns are escalated to the project Engagement Lead Partner and guide technical team members to achieve project goals and objectives, overseeing execution of project tasks and monitoring progress until completion.

• Assist in delivering high-quality solutions to clients and customers, aiming to exceed expectations.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Professional Services team’s skill sets.

• Collaborate with consulting leadership regarding staffing requirements for each project.

• Build strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders for each project.

• Work alongside the Engagement Lead to ensure projects stay within budget and adhere to time constraints.

• Collaborate with the Engagement Lead to identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in Project Management, particularly in cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Artificial Intelligence, or other related technical fields.

• Ability to oversee multiple large-scale projects by developing project plans and ensuring timely execution of tasks and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize projects, address problems that require meticulous attention to detail, multitask, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality and exercise diplomacy.

• Proficient in effective communication, both verbal and written.
