Technical Project Manager, Bilingual – English, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among project team members to produce customer deliverables that align with expectations and success criteria.

• Assume complete ownership of the project life cycle: Deliver successful projects by overseeing full implementation from initiation through to deployment for multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Develop and oversee all project aspects, including planning, managing external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, changes, risks, and issues.

• Establish and continuously manage project and program expectations while assigning and overseeing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.

• Oversee daily project activities and resources, leading project management team meetings and customer discussions.

• Provide status updates regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring clear communication across leadership.

• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to address issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.

• Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to diverse audiences, including project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

• 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on tracking and planning projects; PMP certification is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall.

• Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving settings, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

• Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and decisive, capable of adapting to change and managing competing demands.
