IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for operational planning, management, and ownership of our ERP projects from the moment of contract signing until the successful go-live for customers.

• Creation of detailed project plans; overseeing schedule, budget, and quality; ensuring that milestones and project goals are achieved.

• Coordination of all stages of the implementation process and maintaining clear, dependable communication between the client organization, project team, internal stakeholders, and partners.

• Leading, inspiring, and developing the project team to guarantee smooth and successful delivery, as well as sustainable knowledge transfer.

• Strong understanding of and proficient in managing contractual frameworks, including statements of work (SOW), change requests, and acceptance procedures.

• Actively offering ideas and improvement suggestions to enhance our project methodology, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of substantial experience in IT project management and in leading interdisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing software implementation projects.

• Project management certification is preferred.

• Confident and professional demeanor with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including on complex technical subjects.

• Organized, customer-focused, and results-driven working style with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
