This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and sustain the Product Domain-level schedule encompassing DXE-driven initiatives, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor interdependent initiatives across Product Domains and other non-DXE initiatives.
• Identify necessary DXE and BTS resource groups in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Create, validate, and manage resource plans within ServiceNow.
• Facilitate reforecasting of demand versus capacity from the ground up.
• Construct and oversee Product Domain labor and licensing budgets.
• Conduct weekly quality assurance of time-tracking allocations against actuals and address discrepancies.
• Assist with procurement tasks, including Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, license management, and vendor oversight.
• Generate weekly Project Health Reports detailing achievements, milestones, issues, and risks.
• Handle initiative-level issues, risks, leadership requests, dependencies, and constraints.
• Organize recurring status and steering meetings; communicate decisions and monitor action items.
• Prepare meeting materials and manage schedule, budget/resource, and issue/risk content.
• Coordinate DXE involvement in OneList governance and keep relevant ServiceNow content up to date.
• Promote continuous enhancement of the Digital Operating Model.
• Define, mentor, and advocate for delivery best practices, playbooks, tools, procedures, and training resources.
• Practical experience in implementing AWS systems, including cloud infrastructure builds, migrations, or environment rollouts; a mandatory qualification.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate directly with engineering teams on delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate, multi-initiative program schedules and dependencies across concurrent workstreams.
• Experience in creating and maintaining resource and demand plans in ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Background in reconciling time tracking with forecasts.
• Direct experience in overseeing program or portfolio budgets related to labor and licensing.
• Proficiency in tracking baseline versus forecast versus actuals.
• Experience in supporting procurement processes, including SOWs, change requests, and vendor/license management.
• Capability to produce clear and concise status reports for leadership audiences.
• Experience in facilitating recurring governance and steering meetings, capturing decisions, driving action items to completion, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Process-oriented mindset and the drive to develop playbooks, templates, and training materials.
