Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale technical initiatives across Product, Engineering, and PMO.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and C-level leaders.

• Deliver AI/ML and GenAI products or features from the definition of use cases through to production launch and subsequent iterations.

• Manage the lifecycle of AI models while supporting responsible AI governance in partnership with Security and Legal teams.

• Define program strategies and roadmaps, and take ownership of daily execution, tracking, and delivery.

• Monitor roadmap progress, risks, and deliverables utilizing project management tools.

• Align technical program outcomes with metrics related to revenue, cost savings, and operational efficiency.

• Integrate technical architecture, operational workflows, and business processes across various business units.

• Communicate program status, technical risks, and strategic trade-offs to executive stakeholders.

• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical leadership and stakeholders.

• Foster cultural change and utilize AI to achieve measurable business results.

• Complete employment verification and background checks as part of the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Product, Engineering, or PMO.

• 3+ years of experience collaborating closely with C-level executives.

• Proven success in leading and managing large-scale initiatives across organizations within a matrixed, globally diverse workforce.

• Experience in delivering AI/ML or GenAI products or features from use-case definition through production launch and subsequent iterations.

• Familiarity with the AI model lifecycle.

• Exposure to responsible AI governance and collaboration with Security and Legal teams.

• Practical knowledge of GenAI development and productivity tools such as Claude and Cursor.

• Hands-on experience with SDLC, Project Management, and Product Life-Cycle methodologies.

• Proficiency in configuring project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in aligning technical program outcomes to business-related metrics such as revenue, cost savings, or operational efficiency.

• A proven track record of managing a technical program lifecycle from strategy and roadmap creation through execution, tracking, and delivery.

• Experience overseeing multi-million dollar or multi-team programs that integrate technical architecture, operational workflows, and business processes across distinct business units.

• Experience in presenting program status, technical risks, and strategic trade-offs to Vice Presidents and C-level executives.

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

• 8+ years of experience in people management.

• Possession of one or more certifications such as PMP, CSM, CPO, PgMP, IAPM, CISSP, ITIL, or Six Sigma.

• Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions.

• Ability to apply AI to tangible business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Experience with managing cultural change.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic environment characterized by ambiguity and competing priorities.

• Skill in tailoring information presentation for audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors.

• Successful completion of employment verification and background checks.
