Senior IT Project Manager, Commercial Services – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee medium to long-term, intricate Salesforce enterprise projects from the planning stage through to delivery.

• Ensure alignment of work with organizational goals, business results, and established project management methodologies.

• Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to identify, gather, analyze, and document business, project, and process requirements.

• Plan and outline projects, detailing outcomes, success pathways, timelines, budget assumptions, dependencies, risks, costs, and benefits.

• Take ownership of, manage, and prioritize the product backlog utilizing agile and project management techniques.

• Discover opportunities for innovation, process enhancements, operational efficiency, data-driven insights, and business collaboration.

• Create proposals and recommendations to achieve stakeholder alignment and secure approval.

• Lead the planning for adoption and change management, focusing on readiness, communication, training, support needs, and user experience factors.

• Oversee vendor and third-party performance expectations, deliverables, and service-level outcomes.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer-facing leaders, and global teams to assist WD-40 Company’s growth strategy.

• Contribute to strengthening and evolving project and portfolio management practices within the Global Center of Excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.

• More than 5 years of experience in global Salesforce implementation.

• Experience with Azure DevOps is preferred.

• Strong business analyst skills.

• Preferred certifications include Scrum Master and PMP.

• Must reside in the United States; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
