Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing direction as necessary to ensure the delivery of top-notch work.

• Comprehends and records current as well as future state processes.

• Collaborates with external vendor(s) to formulate and oversee project plan(s), including budget management.

• Develops and oversees project(s), communication strategies, resource plan(s), and processes.

• Evaluates all management and technical processes to guarantee expected delivery.

• Holds regular meetings with project stakeholders and vendor(s) to establish project goals and objectives.

• Organizes meetings and oversees project timeline(s).

• Produces regular reports to inform stakeholders and manage project expectations.

• Specifies team roles and responsibilities, determining clear deliverables in conjunction with vendor(s), Director, and CIO.

• Works with stakeholders to document requirements, needs, and tasks using Microsoft Planner and Teams.

• Performs other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (mandatory).

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT Management, or a related field (highly preferred).

• Over 2 years of experience in Information Technology or a similar field (preferred).

• More than 3 years of project management or related experience in lieu of a degree (acceptable).

• Professional Project Management Certification (preferred).

• Experience working with non-profits (preferred).

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and oral communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
