This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Oversee one or more technical projects of medium to high complexity.
• Conduct business analysis activities to gather and document requirements along with acceptance criteria.
• Lead conversations with the project team to determine tasks, dependencies, and project timelines.
• Facilitate the scoping and planning process with executive sponsors.
• Initiate delivery, launch, and post-launch support while conducting retrospectives for improvements.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and executives, presenting complex information clearly.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor work to achieve project targets.
• Negotiate trade-offs concerning schedule, scope, and budget as necessary.
• Organize and lead project status meetings and working sessions.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles to ensure a successful project outcome.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a technical project manager.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficient working knowledge of document, spreadsheet, presentation, and project management tools.
