Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to strategize and execute intricate technical projects.

• Manage work across various teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, timelines, and dependencies.

• Recognize risks, eliminate obstacles, and proactively steer projects to successful outcomes.

• Lead planning meetings, sprint ceremonies, and facilitate communication across teams.

• Monitor project progress and relay updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance team processes to ensure efficient and predictable delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in project management.

• Proven experience in managing products of similar scope, involving multiple teams and complex stakeholder environments.

• Experience with technical products such as platforms, infrastructure, DevSecOps, or internal tools.

• Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools including Confluence, Jira, Miro, and Mural.

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in complex settings.

• Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in coordinating intricate technical tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities with a focus on execution and results.

• Comfortable engaging with engineers and translating technical discussions for wider audiences.

• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of independently advancing work.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Must currently live in the United States or its territories.

• Must have resided in the United States or its territories for at least three of the last five years.

• Must possess a minimum of three years of professional experience.
