This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead projects focused on enhancing supportability from initial conception through planning, launch, adoption, and impact evaluation.
• Create and maintain detailed technology project plans that outline tasks, milestones, status updates, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes related to scheduling and asset utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to establish priorities and make data-informed decisions.
• Oversee daily standups and manage weekly and monthly meeting schedules.
• Take ownership of performance metrics, identifying, prioritizing, and delivering opportunities for improvement.
• Set objectives, develop dashboards, monitor key metrics, and integrate product plans with functional specifications.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor deliverables from initial concept through to launch, utilizing established processes, tools, and communication methods.
• Collaborate with the CMS product owner to manage Jira for ticket assignments, release planning, sprint organization, and backlog management.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical program or product management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering scalable consumer products.
• Practical experience in creating and managing Jira workflows, including ticket assignments, release management, and sprint organization.
• Familiarity with web and mobile technologies and the operations of services at scale.
• Capability to quickly acquire knowledge and develop expertise in new technical areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Aptitude for rapid learning, collaboration, and leading changes in direction.
• Strong skills in project management, dependency management, and cross-department collaboration.
• Proven experience managing intricate projects involving multiple partners.
• Comprehensive experience throughout the entire product lifecycle, including competitive analysis, ideation, user-centered design, specifications, architecture, and delivery.
• Outstanding time management, facilitation, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and ensure accountability to timelines.
• Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with the Software and Service Delivery Life Cycle, DevOps practices, design, delivery, End-to-End Operations, and User Scenarios.
