Lead Digital Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee large-scale, multi-location implementations and executive reporting.

• Collaborate across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT.

• Install, configure, validate, and provide support for MIM deployments and integrations.

• Manage various projects, including their scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations.

• Work in partnership with clinicians and IT to align workflows with clinical use cases.

• Guide project managers and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead the planning, configuration, integration, go-live processes, and clinical adoption for MIM clinical software deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in software/digital implementation project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability.

• Understanding of networks, servers, and fundamental security concepts.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not required now or in the future.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in multi-site or enterprise deployments is desired.

• Familiarity with system architecture, integration, and security frameworks is preferred.

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or CSM are preferred.
