Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary solution architect and owner throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SaaS integration solutions customized for high-volume supply chain partners.

• Foster collaboration among customers, infrastructure engineers, and developers to transform intricate specifications into seamless carrier interface setups.

• Provide high-level technical consulting on products, APIs, and EDI protocols to stakeholders.

• Manage scope, cost, risk, and quality assurance to ensure timely launch of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in managing technical projects, enterprise software deployments, or system integration processes.

• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical code and interfaces, including Java, APIs, EDI, XML, SOAP, REST, or XSLT.

• Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, security standards, and infrastructure environments such as HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, and firewalls.

• Proven expertise in technical problem-solving, detailed solution documentation, and coordinating cross-functional tasks.

• Proficient in relational databases and SQL query logic.

• Familiarity with software development and delivery tools like JIRA, VPN, Maven, Gradle, or Jenkins.

• Basic knowledge of transportation management systems, logistics visibility platforms, or EDI X12 transaction sets (204, 214, 990).

• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
