This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create project plans that align with client needs and requirements for each initiative to monitor milestones, deliverables, schedules, deadlines, changes, resource allocation, and budget.
• Oversee project tasks to ensure successful implementation of solutions with the support of the management team.
• Identify, recommend, and implement necessary risk mitigation strategies.
• Organize and participate in project-related meetings; facilitate communication between departments as needed.
• Collaborate with technology teams across the organization and with clients to define and drive any technical modifications required for projects.
• Prepare project status reports and keep clients and management updated.
• Work alongside and, when necessary, mentor other Project Managers.
• Proven experience in managing complex initiatives, including coordinating new implementations at data center facilities, managed services, as well as application and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management office or as a project manager for a company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project or Visio is required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, as the Project Manager will be leading projects across multiple departments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and quick thinking; ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical office environment.
• Capable of assisting in organizing, conducting, and documenting complex meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively, inspiring technical personnel throughout all project phases.
• Experience in aligning with client vision, business objectives, and critical success factors.
• Familiarity with techniques and methodologies related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to balance logic and creativity.
• Proficient in estimating and using common project management desktop tools.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.
• Competent in managing large or multiple projects with shifting priorities.
