Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct assigned technical projects.

• Ensure that goals and objectives are successfully met.

• Act as the primary point of accountability for all project-related matters.

• Coordinate and execute projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting defined scope.

• Identify and manage risks while providing updates on project status throughout its lifecycle.

• Generate reports for senior management regarding project progress.

• Create and sustain project plans.

• Organize and facilitate meetings/scrum ceremonies and communicate follow-up actions.

• Ensure prompt resolution of any project obstacles.

• Oversee modifications to project scope, timeline, and budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project or program management.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Project Management certification is preferred (CAPM, PMP, CSM, or similar).

• Relevant experience in the technology and/or IT sector.

• Strong technical, analytical, computer, and problem-solving abilities.

• General knowledge of Git or GitHub.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• Proven experience in managing and leading technical projects throughout their lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Jira, Smartsheet, or another comparable project management tool.
