Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the main coordination contact for a strategic enterprise partner

• Facilitate regular status updates and oversee partner expectations

• Ensure Jira/Linear issue trackers are consistently updated

• Convert customer inquiries and post-incident follow-ups into prioritized tasks for SRE, Security, and Product teams

• Monitor project milestones and inter-team dependencies

• Recognize and highlight delivery risks in infrastructure, monitoring, and capacity planning initiatives

• Manage routine stakeholder meetings, project administration, and ticket follow-up to safeguard SRE focus time

• Develop adaptable and practical project tracking methods for the SRE organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing technical projects, program coordination, or customer delivery within software, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps settings

• Capability to balance formal enterprise-client expectations with a dynamic scale-up environment

• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, web hosting, Linux, and containers

• Ability to convey project status without making technical design decisions

• Skill in navigating ambiguity, clarifying fragmented requests, and fostering accountability without complicating processes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with enterprise customers and senior internal stakeholders

• Previous experience in managing technical relationships or delivery for enterprise clients is advantageous

• Experience in bridging workflows across project tools like Linear and Jira is a plus

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Capable of passing a background check
