This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee both internal and external resources to guarantee that professional service engagements are accomplished successfully, punctually, and within financial constraints.
• Assist clients in onboarding, utilizing, and expanding their use of Procore while providing outstanding value and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Consultants, Delivery teams, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to facilitate client onboarding and service engagements.
• Plan, implement, and track projects while offering strategic guidance and thought leadership.
• Formulate execution strategies that encompass discovery and design workshops, Gantt project plans, resource management, risk tracking, and change management.
• Work closely with key contacts, technical leadership, and Customer Success to execute customized statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Collaborate with the account team during pre-sales activities as the services delivery authority.
• Create repeatable processes and templates to enhance efficiency and standardization.
• Oversee service delivery timelines and project plans to ensure timely completion.
• Take ownership of strategic delivery for one-time projects or scaled statements of work while supporting account growth initiatives.
• Generate reports on project progress, budget, and risks utilizing Procore’s internal systems.
• Ensure proactive and clear communication with Procore clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Procore products, business models, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing or supporting large-scale service delivery.
• Proficient in creating and managing Gantt project schedules.
• Experience in documenting business outcomes.
• Skilled in resource management and forecasting.
• Experience in maintaining RAID logs.
• Proven track record in managing intricate projects across web and mobile applications for documentation management, project management, or similar platforms.
• Preferred experience in the construction and/or financial SaaS sectors.
• Preferred background in Organizational Change Management consulting.
• Innovative, persuasive, creative, goal-oriented, optimistic, proactive, and adaptable.
• Strong understanding of value drivers and the establishment of standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrated success in managing professional services projects with budgets exceeding $100K and effectively handling scope.
• Willingness to travel for client on-site visits and company events (up to 30–40% of the time).
• PMP and/or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
