Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle — from conception to launch.

• Engage directly with customers to gain a deep understanding of their operational workflows.

• Quickly prototype solutions in real-world settings.

• Convert complex operational challenges into impactful product features.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to establish effective feedback loops.

• Lead and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Work alongside government and industrial partners to influence the development of emerging standards.

• Utilize data and customer insights to continually enhance the core product experience.

• Contribute to the establishment of a robust product management foundation as the company grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or software engineering.

• Proven experience in launching enterprise-grade products.

• Background in a Seed–Series C, VC-backed startup (or possess founding experience).

• Experience working with industrial, defense, or government clients is preferred.

• Strong fundamentals in backend engineering and a solid computer science background.

• Ability to quickly prototype and interact directly with customers in a coding environment.

• Comfortable in technical settings that involve client interaction.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of initiative (side projects, startup ventures, etc.).

• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
