Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients to grasp their business requirements and expectations

• Clearly communicate customer needs to the solutions delivery team

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the OneReach.ai platform

• Create pre-sales demonstration presentations

• Keep client proposals updated throughout all phases of projects

• Organize, prioritize, and manage project development tasks

• Oversee daily development tasks across various projects

• Ensure that project documentation is thorough and precise

• Aggregate product information from different sources into technical documentation and proposals

• Monitor and manage project expenses, timelines, and profitability margins

• Coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and daily project operations across multiple initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in client-facing management positions, such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership

• More than 2 years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality assurance

• Proven ability to convert business visions into viable technical solutions

• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle

• Demonstrated experience in managing timelines and budgets effectively

• Familiarity with project management in contemporary software settings, including technical project supervision

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Preferred: knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

• Preferred: practical experience with REST APIs

• Preferred: understanding of algorithms, data structures, and cloud technologies

• Preferred: previous experience with B2B SaaS products

• Must be registered as self-employed in Canada or eligible for registration if necessary
