This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Oversee cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items through meetings, meeting minutes, scheduling, forecasting software, and project management tools.
• Cultivate client and partner stakeholder relationships to guarantee satisfaction during the course of projects.
• Generate reports reflecting installation activities and maintain strict oversight of installation forecasts.
• Track project readiness and manage the delivery of equipment and licenses to ensure timely and efficient installation.
• Examine purchase order transmittals for atypical service requirements and liaise with the appropriate functions.
• Provide guidance to customers regarding facility needs and modifications, including Active Directory and domain specifications, IT security, power and network prerequisites, workstation configuration, and server necessities.
• Proactively assist customers in executing established concepts.
• Regularly engage with high-visibility clients and projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and exceptionally organized.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent skills in conflict resolution and capacity to manage escalations effectively.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of network design, software control systems, and server administration.
• Proficient in E-mail, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and productivity software is preferred.
• Robust technical background necessary to balance competing interests.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willing to travel approximately 5–10% to meet customers, participate in training, or attend in-person meetings.
• Familiarity with software deployment and usage in a healthcare setting, notably in cancer care, is a plus.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Candidates must reside in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
• The successful candidate must comply with US export control laws when working with controlled technology.
