Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers to comprehend their business needs and expectations, effectively communicating them to the solutions delivery team.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the OneReach.ai platform.

• Create pre-sales demonstrations and keep client proposals updated throughout all phases of the project.

• Organize, prioritize, and coordinate project development tasks to fulfill customer requirements.

• Oversee daily development operations across multiple projects.

• Ensure that project documentation is thorough and precise.

• Aggregate product information from various sources into comprehensive technical documentation and proposals.

• Track and manage project costs, schedules, and profitability margins.

• Work collaboratively with customers and technical teams to execute automation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in client-facing management positions, such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership.

• At least 2 years of technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, or quality assurance.

• A proven history of converting business concepts into actionable technical solutions.

• A comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience in managing timelines and budgets effectively.

• Experience in project management within contemporary software environments, including oversight of technical projects.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is advantageous.

• Practical experience with REST APIs is a plus.

• Understanding algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions is beneficial.

• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS products is a plus.

• Must be registered as self-employed in Canada or eligible to register as self-employed if necessary.

• Should be comfortable working remotely with teams distributed globally.
