This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Developing and sustaining project charters for technical implementation initiatives.
• Facilitating negotiations to establish agreeable project objectives, requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
• Formulating project schedules and overseeing technical project milestones.
• Leading project kickoff meetings to define scope, expectations, deliverables, and communication strategies.
• Coordinating efforts among internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Overseeing complex technical projects, including database mergers, migrations, EMR integrations, practice management system conversions, and extensive data splits and exports.
• Collaborating with Development, Product, Support, and Operations teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Evaluating technical project requirements and offering consultation during the pre-sales phase to clarify project scope, timelines, and solution needs.
• Identifying potential project risks, technical dependencies, and implementation challenges while driving mitigation strategies.
• Managing implementation issue lists and escalations until resolved.
• Implementing projects in accordance with approved project plans and technical specifications.
• Tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.
• Establishing communication timelines and conducting regular updates with clients and vendors to address concerns and maintain project alignment.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation to ensure all information is accurately recorded and secured.
• Acting as the primary technical implementation contact for Customer Experience (CX) on complex client projects.
• Reviewing project deliverables with stakeholders to ensure they meet quality standards and project objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and related roles.
• Assertive with a proven ability to foster strong relationships and influence behaviors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems.
• 5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT sector, specifically in software implementation (Preferred).
• Knowledge of or relevant experience in one of Nextech’s primary medical specialties (Preferred).
