• Responsible for ensuring the effective execution of projects while adhering to methodology, delivering on scope, and maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide quality assurance and control for customer engagements while assisting in tracking financials and resource allocations for assigned projects.
• Engage with key project stakeholders and sponsors to clarify requirements and prioritize tasks.
• Onboard project teams, help define team structures and interactions, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and establish project controls in line with the approved statement of work.
• Develop detailed project work plans and documentation, ensuring they are current, communicated promptly, and comply with Project Management Office standards and guidelines.
• Manage the project's Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), and support the creation of contingency plans and the execution of mitigation strategies.
• Guide project teams and clients in effectively utilizing Agile/Waterfall methodologies throughout the project.
• Support the project team by fostering motivation and recognizing exceptional team performance.
• Implement change control processes as needed, facilitate communication, document change requests, and secure approvals from the project's change control board.
• Generate and communicate project delivery status reports in a timely manner and coordinate follow-up meetings with customers as necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner to customers.
• Contribute to enhancing the team's standard delivery methodologies and Project Management Office documents and templates.
• Take on various project management roles in a billable capacity for customer engagements as required.
• Engage in pre-sales activities in the region as needed, including proposal development and estimation.
• Implement the organization’s internal initiatives in a projectized manner using various project management tools and techniques.
• Assist in the acceptance and approval of sales proposals and facilitate handover activities from the sales team to the delivery team.
• Collaborate with the resource coordinator to make decisions regarding resource allocation for both pipeline and ongoing projects.
• Be proactive, take accountability, and own assigned tasks to fulfill commitments to customers on time and with quality.
• Over 10 years of overall Project Management experience, including 4+ years of demonstrable experience in Data Integration or Middleware projects.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, locally managing offshore teams with end-customers in different countries.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Delivery leadership role.
• Proven strong leadership skills, ethics, and sound judgment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
• Capability to perform well and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in various Project Management tools, collaboration software, and communication and presentation applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
