Project Manager, Enterprise Digital Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects associated with the Product Supply organization, including tracking and reporting on essential performance indicators.

• Support the daily functions of the team.

• Manage project performance (Scope, Time, Quality, Cost, Risk, Benefits) and coordinate the activities of the team responsible for project outcomes.

• Plan, assign, monitor, and control project performance following a standardized process.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that set milestones, comply with deadlines, establish reporting processes, and allocate resources effectively.

• Utilize project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities.

• Oversee and manage the project budget, providing cost forecasts and cash flow projections.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports that highlight KPIs falling below targets.

• Update project information in the portfolio management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in technology, business, management, or a related field, OR equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role (5+ years preferred) in a manufacturing or operations setting.

• Understanding of manufacturing or operations systems, including knowledge of warehouse floor operations.

• Proficient in managing project budgets, cost center flows, and vendor management processes.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools.

• Experience in stakeholder management within a project management context.

• Skilled in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts in a cross-functional environment.

• Advanced proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.

• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is preferred.

• Preferred experience in Operations PM (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, etc.).
