This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical expert for live customers within your assigned portfolio.
• Comprehend the data schema of your clients, including integration points, data flows, BRD, and SDD.
• Provide technical best practices and proactive suggestions that will support customers in their ongoing platform usage and goal achievement.
• Engage in technical discovery sessions with customer marketing and technical teams to promote expanded platform usage and/or new integrations.
• Take part in technical account health status reviews, preparing executive-level summary status reports for both internal teams and customers.
• Customer-facing skills – capable of presenting and leading discussions on technical subjects.
• Follow up on outstanding technical items.
• Offer guidance and enablement on the Loyalty platform.
• Operationalize your portfolio effectively.
• Share insights on support trends and platform developments.
• Prepare weekly status reports.
• Utilize DOMO cards to assess customer health.
• Conduct investigations using your technical program expertise.
• Share insights on support trends and platform developments.
• Ability to assist and guide the SessionM Support and Engineering team with issues.
