This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead implementation initiatives from the signing of contracts to the go-live phase, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Convert intricate value-based care contract specifications into technical platform configurations.
• Establish and supervise client-specific data ingestion strategies, which include secure transfer setups (SFTP), file structures, mapping methods, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and actuarial teams to validate ingestion requirements (eligibility, claims, reference files) and conduct initial ingestion tests.
• Work alongside client teams to guarantee that data is provided in the expected format, is complete, and is delivered on time; escalate any gaps or issues with well-defined remediation strategies.
• Execute or coordinate data quality checks (missing fields, control totals, coverage periods, attribution completeness).
• Transform customer requirements into organized technical specifications across intake, data preparation, adjudication build, and production release.
• Manage project timelines and liaise with delivery, engineering, and actuarial teams to address escalations.
• Oversee the ingestion and validation of healthcare datasets (claims, eligibility, CMS/ACO files, attribution/engagement data).
• Partner with engineering to define, configure, and verify data pipeline outputs - including business rules such as deduplication, attribution, and aggregation logic - that drive Arbital’s core modules.
• Supervise adjudication and platform reporting setup, ensuring data and calculations are consistent with customer contracts.
• Validate staging environments and outputs across Arbital’s platform modules, leading the sign-off process to ensure accuracy and readiness for launch.
• Serve as the liaison between technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable execution and converting outputs into insights.
• Clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions to both clients and internal leadership.
• Provide technical support during customer training, walkthroughs, and early adoption phases.
• Continuously enhance the implementation process by identifying opportunities for product improvements, process automation, and new tools to promote scalability and efficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS product implementation, healthcare data analytics, or client delivery (preferably with data-driven products).
• Strong capability to translate complex contracts and datasets into organized implementation steps and requirements.
• Familiarity with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, value-based care/actuarial data) is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workstreams (engineering, product, science, delivery).
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both with clients and internally.
• Comfort with technical workflows (data pipelines, configurations, SQL/Python/R, BI tools such as Sigma).
• Nice to have’s:
• Startup experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Airflow, Databricks, Python, and AWS.
• Business logic development coding in R/Python.
• Experience in value-based care.
