This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Lead and oversee all phases of the project, encompassing initiation, planning/discovery, execution, and closure.
• Own, monitor, validate, and manage project deliverables and milestones by utilizing a comprehensive Project Management toolkit, which includes but is not limited to: Project Charter, Project Plan, Status Report, Communication Plan, Risk Mitigation Plan, and Decisions/Actions/Issues Log.
• Track the project's daily progress and communicate updates to internal team members or workstreams.
• Oversee the project delivery process, including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and communications, to ensure the successful completion of moderately to highly complex projects.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks that could impact project or program success as necessary, providing a clear assessment of the impact and recommended mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and create, implement, and uphold communication plans tailored to the appropriate audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8-10 years of applicable experience in project management, program management, product operations, software/product development, consulting, marketing operations, data/analytics, or similar business functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of risk management.
• Experience in change management.
• Capable of facilitation and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following: Program management, Product Management, Workstream management, Consulting environments, Life sciences/biotech industry, IT systems/data/analytics/integrations, Digital Marketing/Marketing Operations.
