Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of coordination for all projects within the Technology & Innovation division.

• Oversee project timelines, scope, deliverables, and interdependencies across various teams.

• Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring coherence between technical teams, internal stakeholders, and leadership.

• Actively identify risks, issues, and resource conflicts, escalating as necessary.

• Keep precise and current project records in JIRA and Deltek Vantagepoint.

• Create and distribute project dashboards, reports, and portfolio summaries for leadership assessment.

• Ensure documentation consistency, including project charters, meeting notes, task logs, and lessons learned.

• Assist in resource management and forecasting by maintaining accurate project data.

• Utilize technical knowledge to support discussions with software development, AI, GIS, IT administration, data analytics, and field technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of project management experience in a technology or engineering setting.

• Desirable certifications include PMP, CAPM, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).

• Proficient in JIRA (or similar project management tools).

• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint (or equivalent ERP/CRM systems).

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT workflows, or engineering project practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
