Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated technology projects throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Convert business priorities into actionable project plans with clearly defined owners, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Manage project interdependencies and escalate any risks or conflicts as necessary.

• Standardize tools, processes, reporting, and documentation practices for project execution.

• Lead efforts in gathering requirements and establish deliverables, metrics, and acceptance standards.

• Provide consistent updates on project status, including milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate project retrospectives.

• Align stakeholders, manage project scope, and ensure effective communication throughout the project.

• Aid in change management and prepare stakeholders for activities during project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.

• A minimum of 3 years managing projects through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives that involve both technology and business stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
