This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage the daily operations of the Fee Management System workstream as part of the larger program.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure that the MVP rollout remains on schedule and progresses towards production.
• Lead the definition and scoping efforts for Version 2 in partnership with stakeholders.
• Utilize tactical analysis to grasp technical specifics.
• Monitor the workstream within the context of the overall program.
• Identify risks and obstacles, working with technical leaders to find solutions.
• Keep stakeholders informed about status updates, decisions made, and trade-offs involved.
• Communicate progress to program leadership and the client.
• Proven experience managing a workstream or project within a complex, multi-team program.
• Strong background in tactical or technical analysis.
• Experience in managing a live MVP through its rollout and subsequent phase definitions.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a team, including planning for and onboarding new engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in translating technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in fixed-timeline projects with established integration deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills between technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with AWS is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; alternatively, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible technology experience is necessary for each missing year of college.
