Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project delivery for extensive, multi-site hospital system implementations of our platform, acting as the primary contact for clients from project kickoff through to go-live.

• Facilitate the gathering of requirements, coordinate testing, and validate data with both clients and vendors.

• Monitor project health, identify risks and dependencies, and conduct weekly status meetings with stakeholders.

• Utilize SQL to query and validate interface data for troubleshooting integration challenges across EMR systems.

• Address client escalations and lead go-live activities through the post-launch stabilization phase.

• Develop reusable runbooks and training materials, while promoting process enhancements within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or client-facing roles within a technology or healthcare environment.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

• Proficient in Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Comfortable with triaging technical issues and clearly directing them to the appropriate team.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

• Nice to Have: PMP certification or in progress.

• Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Background in Healthcare IT or SaaS implementation.

• Familiarity with HL7, EMR workflows, or compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and ICD-10.
