This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan and execute the scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications for designated projects.
• Conduct discovery and site assessments; develop deployment plans and cutover runbooks; manage change approvals.
• Collaborate with local teams, third-party installers, and internal subject matter experts to achieve go-live dates with minimal disruption.
• Document as-built configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
• Serve as a hands-on technical resource when required; configure and validate network equipment, VoIP endpoints, POS software, and cameras/NVRs.
• Assist with operational technology rollouts to fuel trucks and fuel farms (including edge devices/sensors, onboard hardware, software configuration, and connectivity checks); liaise with vendors.
• Execute and oversee site acceptance testing; troubleshoot issues during pilot phases and cutover processes.
• Create repeatable templates, checklists, and “golden paths” for upcoming rollouts.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and vendor performance; promote continuous improvement throughout cycles.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering IT rollouts or implementations within multi-site environments (such as retail, logistics, field services, and M&A integration).
• Proficient in project management methodologies (work breakdown structure, critical path, vendor/SOW management, RAID, and change control) along with the ability to provide clear and concise written updates.
• Hands-on skills in configuration and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in active operational environments; prepared for off-hours cutovers and on-site work when necessary.
• Preferred: Experience in the aviation sector.
• Familiarity with operational technology/Internet of Things or fleet/telematics; experience in fuel facilities or other safety-sensitive industrial sites.
• Knowledge of identity/SSO, MDM/endpoint management, and ITSM tools (incident/change, CMDB).
• Relevant certifications (such as PMP/PMI-ACP/PRINCE2, CCNA/Network+, Security+, vendor-specific POS/VMS/ACS).
