This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create detailed project management strategies.
• Propel project advancement, ensure task fulfillment, achieve milestones, and maintain timelines.
• Oversee and distribute resources throughout the project's duration.
• Recognize, evaluate, mitigate, and track project risks, providing real-time alerts for critical situations.
• Set clear expectations and foster accountability among team members.
• Address conflicts, encourage collaboration, and inspire teams towards shared objectives.
• Handle multiple challenging and intricate projects, tasks, and resources through effective organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Be prepared to travel approximately 25%-50% to major RTX U.S. locations.
• Adhere to project management protocols and best practices to ensure alignment of tasks, activities, and resources with program and organizational objectives.
• Contribute to the oneRTX Process & Systems Transformation, which includes standardizing processes, tools, and metrics, as well as implementing SAP S/4 HANA.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, OR 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, Jira, or similar platforms.
• CORE or equivalent certification/experience, such as Six Sigma or Change Management, along with project management experience.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: experience in leading and managing change within a matrix and team environment across process and digital lines of business.
• Preferred: knowledge of agile frameworks and iterative methods for software development and implementation projects.
• Preferred: experience working in dynamic, high-pressure environments while juggling multiple tasks concurrently.
• Preferred: ability to guide and influence various organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Preferred: understanding of SAP and previous implementation experience.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to certain essential systems.
