Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Supervise technical projects to ensure effective delivery that yields strong results and significant impact.

• Plan, coordinate, research, organize, and propel projects that align engineering, product, and business objectives.

• Participate in every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping through execution and ongoing improvement.

• Direct technical projects from start to finish through organized planning and practical execution.

• Convert technical requirements into concrete project achievements.

• Track project progress and establish ambitious yet realistic deadlines.

• Guarantee that projects remain on schedule and fulfill their intended goals.

• Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and department heads.

• Interpret technical details into straightforward business language.

• Address technical and organizational challenges, making decisive actions to keep projects moving forward.

• Deliver projects that fulfill requirements and meet high-quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in leveraging modern web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, Google Docs, etc.

• Previous experience in technical project management or software/product delivery with a focus on problem-solving.

• Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with developers, comprehending workflows, dependencies, and trade-offs (coding skills not required).

• A proactive individual who is enthusiastic about engaging and addressing challenges head-on.

• Proficient in English, encompassing both written and spoken communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and analytical thinking.

• A tendency towards pragmatism rather than idealism.

• Capability to adapt, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

• Ability to respond in either Dutch or English.
