This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and coordinate technical projects from their inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Act as the main point of contact among internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate the onboarding, training, and adoption of technical processes and tools.
• Offer guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation, process manuals, and operational best practices.
• Monitor project performance and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and increased efficiency.
• Track project milestones, deliver status updates, and escalate any issues as necessary.
• Assist with organizational change management initiatives, including communications, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
• Contribute to business development efforts by offering technical project insights and supporting customer interactions as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing technical projects or programs.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with data, reporting, or technical systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or operations-focused settings (preferred).
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, databases, or cloud technologies (preferred).
• Understanding of process improvement methodologies and project management best practices (preferred).
• Relevant project management or quality certifications (preferred).
• Multilingual: High fluency in English and fluency in French is an asset.
