This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The Archibus Technical Project Manager will become part of a vibrant team focused on supporting a global IT systems implementation at the Department of State.
• In this capacity, the selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing the complete implementation of various Archibus modules, ensuring that project milestones are met, requirements are well-defined, and cross-functional collaboration is maintained throughout the project's duration.
• Daily responsibilities may involve: Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, deliverables, and timelines for the Archibus Real Property and Lease modules implementation.
• Collaborating with leadership to create a global deployment phasing plan and schedule.
• Defining and documenting both technical and functional requirements in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Facilitating the Peer Review and Stakeholder Review processes across both Archibus applications.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which includes test case development, execution, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across business units, technical and development teams, training and communication teams, as well as external stakeholders.
• Identifying project risks and formulating mitigation strategies to guarantee successful module deployment.
• Preparing materials for discussions with internal and external stakeholders, client meetings, and project briefings.
• Reporting on milestones and statuses to both internal team members and clients, providing updates and schedule compliance as necessary.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must secure approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience managing technical projects or software implementations.
• Previous experience with the State Department is a plus.
• Familiarity with deploying Archibus or a similar IWMS application is required.
• Experience as a ScrumMaster is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in facilitating stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to a diverse range of stakeholders.
