This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate, cross-functional, and technical projects from initial concept to launch and closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality, and business objectives.
• Utilize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to foster disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, technical scope, execution strategies, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans and schedules; monitor milestones, deliverables, and team commitments.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities, accompanied by clear mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Proactively raise issues and risks to facilitate timely resolutions and safeguard business outcomes.
• Deliver clear and concise project status reports that encompass progress, risks, financials, and key decisions.
• Implement high-impact initiatives that align with portfolio priorities and strategic objectives.
• Engage in project and portfolio governance forums, ensuring work is decision-ready with defined risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, influence, and alignment among technical, functional, and leadership teams.
• Assist in financial management tasks, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain consistent application of project management standards, tools, and methodologies across all assigned projects.
• Uphold high standards for data integrity, documentation, and deliverable quality within project and portfolio systems.
• Monitor and report against KPIs and portfolio metrics to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement enhancements to delivery efficiency, governance effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project rigor, scalability, and overall portfolio performance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of cross-functional experience in areas such as R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, Procurement, or Contract Manufacturing.
• More than 5 years of project management experience leading complex initiatives (e.g., new product development, life sciences, engineering, or capital projects).
• Project Management certification or degree is preferred.
• Travel requirement: 10%.
