This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Take responsibility for comprehensive project management of ongoing projects throughout Indonesia, encompassing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
• Establish project scope, milestones, and deliverables; ensure execution aligns with established timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, and external partners) to eliminate obstacles and maintain timely delivery.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues; provide transparent status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage expectations and communications with stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for active customers in the event of technical challenges.
• Diagnose and assess incoming issues — analyze logs, investigate behavior across our risk decisioning products, and evaluate impact and urgency.
• Work with the dedicated SLA-driven support team to ensure issues are resolved promptly, keeping the customer informed and assured throughout the process.
• Facilitate communication between customers, support, and engineering — delivering clear technical context, steps for reproduction, and business implications to prioritize issues effectively.
• Identify recurring or systemic issues and provide insights to product and engineering teams to promote long-term solutions.
• Foster trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as their technical advocate.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical program/project management, technical account management, or a similar technical delivery role within a SaaS/software environment.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues — proficient in analyzing logs, tracing problems, and understanding system behavior (coding skills are not required).
• Solid understanding of risk decisioning products (such as fraud, credit, identity, or transaction risk platforms) and their integration and operation by customers.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects to achieve timely and successful delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of translating technical details for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams across various locations and time zones, fostering alignment without face-to-face interaction.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated and capable of effectively working remotely across local customer time zones.
