This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated customer programs
• Develop deep, trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, product leaders, procurement teams)
• Comprehend customer goals and reveal the underlying issues
• Maintain clarity regarding requests, contractual agreements, and technical feasibility
• Operate with confidence in public sector and enterprise contracting environments
• Convert customer and policy requirements into actionable technical delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to outline epics, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
• Engage actively in technical discussions (cloud architecture, APIs, containers, identity systems, digital signatures, etc.)
• Independently address technical inquiries (e.g., AWS vs GCP tradeoffs, deployment models, integration patterns)
• Analyze, interpret, and implement customer contracts and SOWs
• Identify obligations, constraints, and deliverables outlined in agreements
• Ensure delivery is in line with contractual commitments and scope boundaries
• Assist in translating contract requirements into technical execution plans
• Manage multiple simultaneous engagements across both private and public sector customers
• Effectively prioritize competing demands and delivery timelines
• Assess when to escalate issues, when to independently unblock challenges, and when to involve engineering resources
• Safeguard engineering time by filtering, structuring, and minimizing unnecessary meeting commitments
• Lead regular customer meetings, technical working sessions, and executive updates
• Establish structured governance rhythms among internal and external stakeholders
• Provide clear communication in high-pressure environments
• Maintain strong alignment across engineering, product, and customer leadership teams
• Identify delivery risks early and proactively address them across teams
• Manage dependencies among engineering, product, and customer stakeholders
• Ensure consensus on scope, timelines, and technical feasibility
• Highlight discrepancies between customer expectations and delivery outcomes
• 3–7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, implementation delivery, or systems-focused customer success roles
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, identity concepts preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments
• Solid understanding of software system development and delivery processes
• Ability to independently interpret contracts, SOWs, or technical specifications
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building abilities
• Capacity to protect engineering time while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Must be eligible and able to pass a government background check
