
Technical Program Manager – New Product Deployment Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete deployment readiness for new NVIDIA rack-scale platforms provided through OEM partners, from engineering samples to mass production.
• Develop tooling, processes, and insights gained from internal and OEM-led rollouts.
• Foster alignment among NVIDIA engineering, product, and support teams, as well as OEM counterparts, around a unified readiness plan, schedule, and definition of completion.
• Oversee the readiness status for hardware, software, firmware, tooling, and processes across multiple platforms and OEM programs concurrently.
• Establish entry and exit criteria, monitor risks, and deliver executive-level reporting.
• Lead OEM communication and engagement, covering planning, factory and site readiness, deployment timelines, and rollout preparations.
• Create scalable models for bring-up, validation, and acceptance across racks, sites, and partners.
• Set up and execute quality assurance processes for both NVIDIA and OEM deliverables.
• Manage escalation and feedback mechanisms for large-scale deployment challenges back into NVIDIA engineering.
• Promote continuous improvement through automation and tooling to enhance deployment speed and precision.
• Ensure that documentation, tooling, training, and readiness dependencies are finalized and resolved prior to volume shipment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 8 years of comprehensive experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, ideally for high-density AI/HPC data centers.
• Proven experience in executing large-scale data center hardware deployments or infrastructure planning projects at multi-rack and multi-site levels.
• Experience collaborating with OEM, ODM, or system integrator partners across engineering, manufacturing, and service domains.
• Demonstrated technical and project leadership in dynamic environments.
• Capability to drive alignment across organizations not under your control and adapt to uncertainties and changes.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including power and cooling, liquid cooling, cabling, network provisioning, rack integration, and system bring-up and validation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with a diverse range of collaborators, OEM partners, and executives.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to OEM factories, integration sites, and deployment locations.
• Experience with large, multi-partner program management projects involving concurrent product launches is preferred.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA rack-scale systems such as MGX and NVL-class rack architectures, GPU and networking bring-up, or liquid-cooled infrastructure is preferred.
• Understanding of product rollout processes and tooling, including factory integration and test flows (L10/L11/L12) is preferred.
• Experience in developing repeatable deployment playbooks, acceptance criteria, and partner training is preferred.
