This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead intricate technical programs from conception to execution: define the strategy and key milestones, while ensuring that complex, multi-team workflows progress efficiently, transparently, and uphold a high technical standard.
β’ Collaborate with research teams to prioritize among competing demands, ensuring that the teamsβ efforts focus on high-impact initiatives.
β’ Develop and sustain compute and resource roadmaps by identifying bottlenecks and trade-offs, discovering ways to expedite progress, and fostering relationships with potential external partners.
β’ Work alongside researchers to effectively present their work, facilitating the transfer of findings, methods, and tools to frontier labs and other stakeholders who can implement them.
β’ Bridge the gap between research and engineering with our internal partners in Operations, Events, and Communications, providing them with the necessary timelines, results, and context to plan, allocate resources, and communicate our initiatives.
β’ A robust technical foundation, whether in machine learning, software engineering, or another scientific or research discipline, with over 4 years of experience in building technical programs from the ground up.
β’ Hands-on domain expertise in AI/ML, including coordinating model releases, managing datasets, or supporting evaluations.
β’ A proven history of delivering complex technical programs while balancing trade-offs and strategic priorities.
β’ Experience in successfully facilitating the transfer of foundational and applied research into production settings.
β’ Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
