Technical Program Manager – Money-as-a-Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the functional and technical execution of essential team and organization-wide programs and initiatives.

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and various cross-functional partners to define, scope, and successfully complete large programs.

• Develop, implement, and refine program management methodologies, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve objectives with clearly established success criteria.

• Significantly enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the teams you engage with, leading to greater productivity.

• Create and deliver high-quality written proposals, communications, and documentation.

• Utilize data and insights to drive strategic decisions at the engineering leadership level.

• Formulate widely shared plans that promote consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams.

• Influence peers and leaders to build consensus, particularly in ambiguous situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, and/or technical program management.

• Exceptional analytical capabilities; you are adept at interpreting complex information and making informed recommendations.

• Proven history of delivering program management throughout all stages of software development, from initiation to launch, demonstrating critical thinking, challenging norms, and showcasing thought leadership.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, teams, and senior leaders across the organization.

• Ability to drive internal and external process enhancements across various teams and functions, bringing a wealth of experience, insights, proposals, and best practices.

• Experience working independently and spearheading large-scale initiatives across multiple teams and functions with stakeholders from diverse disciplines and time zones.

• Capacity to comprehend how functionalities integrate (across products and platforms) to deliver value to users, while proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks; able to propose and implement technical solutions.
