This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate collaboration across the Network Engineering and Network Reliability teams, along with other enterprise-level teams, to support network initiatives and the introduction of new products.
• Oversee the planning process, including detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in partnership with stakeholders.
• Create and manage the organizational roadmap and delivery calendar for NetEng and NRE network projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of Technical Project Managers (TPMs) in executing the work of the NetEng and NRE teams, providing guidance and direction for ongoing and future initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network migration, program management, and the ethical integration of AI technologies.
• Deliver regular status updates, reports, and presentations to NetEng & NRE leads, senior leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management with a focus on areas such as planning, hardware/software implementations, networks, and large-scale migration projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team of technical project managers to achieve business objectives.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex cross-functional projects aimed at minimizing subscriber impact while maintaining the highest service level agreements (SLA).
• Demonstrated project management expertise with extensive experience in developing and managing intricate project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Possession of PMI PMP, ITIL, and/or Six Sigma certifications.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders while also developing and maintaining reporting to meet business needs.
• Expert knowledge of ISP and/or Telecom networks, systems, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with project management and ticketing systems/tools, including Jira and ServiceNow.
