Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the relationship between the Strategic Product Engagement Team and Splunk's product division.

• Collaborate with colleagues on the Strategic Product Engagement Team and Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to monitor product-led workstreams.

• Aggregate and present the status of product-led initiatives on a per customer basis.

• Organize and implement product-led technical summits with key accounts (either in-person or remotely) and compile the outcomes.

• Establish and ensure that Splunk product teams adhere to stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Leverage collaboration and AI tools to conduct analysis and deliver executive-level summaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with over 7 years of proven experience in technical program or product management.

• Strong emphasis on IT/TechOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud platforms.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to distill technical data into executive-friendly summaries for cross-functional stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow).

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, DevSecOps, SDLC).

• Advanced skills in defining success metrics, interpreting intricate dashboards, and deriving technical insights.
